How do I check my spend?
You can find out what you have spent since your last bill by accessing My3 on your mobile. This is a FREE service. You can also find out what you have spent since your last bill and much more on My3 Online. You can also call 3 Care on 13 33 20 and select the option to enquire about your bill or hear your account balance. You can call from your 3 Handset or from another phone. You will need to enter your account pin before you can hear the balance of your 3 Account. If you have more than one 3 Account you can hear the balance on all your accounts as long as you enter the account pin for each account. The spend since your last bill will include calls made since your last bill was processed. For what is included in this amount, visit the My Account section on your handset.

To change any of your customer details you can either call three direct on 133 103 or logon to your ‘My 3’ account online and change your options there.
How do I extend my ring tone?

1. What is your greatest fear? Bugs ... anything with more then 4 legs, except for ants of course.
2. Who inspires you? Amelia Earhart – she always stayed true to herself
3. What is a trait you most admire in others? Patience. You will go along way with a little bit of patience.
4. What three objects do you always carry with you? Can’t leave the house without my phone, keys and money.
5. What is the best piece of advice you could give to someone? Take life one day at a time, you never know what tomorrow might bring!
